Our very own Long Beach Firefighters take time out each year to participate in the successful "Fill a Boot Program" to raise funds for worthy charities such as Jerry's Kids (MDA) and others. This year they blazed their way to the Long Beach Breast Cancer Coalition, with sirens blowing, to pump up funds for our Helping Hands Program. It was a welcome boost that has already benefited three Long Beach Families.
Our special thanks to the Long Beach Fire Department and all that so generously supported the Fill A Boot Program. You are truly our heros!!!
